The BCA-clinic is the first medical facility in Europe to offer complex diagnostics as well as holistic therapy to patients suffering from Lyme disease and its co-infections. We conduct ourselves according to the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society (ILADS) guidelines and work with the recommendations of the German Borreliosis Society (DBG).
We aim to help every individual patient in their personal fight against Lyme disease; with our holistic therapy and specialised treatment, we offer hope to those suffering from tick-borne diseases. Not only will we show you the light at the end of the tunnel, we will lead you to it – as quickly and effectively as possible. We wish to treat chronically ill patients who suffer from Lyme disease or other tick-borne diseases and help them gain a better quality of life. This includes multimodal therapy concepts and holistic treatment methods, which support a patient’s ‘self-help mechanism’ against the pathogens of Lyme disease and co-infections.
Lyme disease is a complicated illness and there is still some dispute over what the best treatment is; nonetheless, we are confident that our approach offers patients the highest chance of recovery. We wish to extend this ethos to combat other severe infectious diseases as well, with a heavy focus on helping patients with chronic symptoms and infections.
Plain and simple, we wish to treat patients suffering from chronic Lyme disease or other tick-borne diseases and return them to good health. We employ a variety of methods to do this, including a holistic treatment approach that strengthens patients’ self-healing power against Borrelia and its co-infections.
Our Ambulant Lyme Compact Treatment is an intensive 3-8 week program that includes an introduction to the therapy and a referral to a patient’s General Practitioner (GP) or family doctor. The inclusive health coaching implements necessary lifestyle changes that will help a patient’s recovery, such as encouraging a healthy diet, exercise, stress reduction and general mental positivity.
By uniting a team of experienced doctors, therapists and specialists, the BCA-clinic develops alternative treatment approaches, e.g. for antibiotic intolerance or resistance, and continues to develop the diagnostics of Lyme disease and its co-infections through laboratory tests and clinical findings.
Through collaborative training workshops for doctors and specialised laboratory services, we develop new, manageable standards in the fields of anamnesis, diagnostics and therapy and provide more online information for patients.
As Lyme disease is a growing global concern, we wish to open several more clinics in various locations around the world. We wish to bring the BCA-clinic’s holistic therapy approach to as many patients as possible and tackle Lyme disease head on.
Lyme Disease is an increasing worldwide problem. Therefore, we would like to make our knowledge and experience available to other treatment centres around the world. We feel that this collaboration would greatly benefit all patients. We hope to offer the holistic treatment to as many patients as possible.
Through active engagement in ILADS, the German Borreliosis Society and similar organisations as well as close collaborations with regional support groups, the BCA-clinic raises awareness with health insurance companies and other medical organisations to show them that Lyme disease is a serious medical issue, yet one that we can successfully fight against.
